PASTRY IN PROGRESS LAUNCH

In 2018, Savinien launched the “Pastry In Progress” event series with NeueHouse, a private members workspace based in New York and LA. The series leverages pastry’s history of tradition, experimentation, and spectacle – assembling distinct layers, textures, and narratives — to splice emotions, sensations, and pleasures into the space’s programming like scenes of a non-linear film.

The launch event celebrated this momentous occasion with a variety of very articulated petits fours and a central croquembouche.
