“La Mort de Camille” Plated Dessert

A platted desert conceived for a private screening of “Contempt” by Jean-Luc Godard, “La Mort de Camille” references the film’s final sequence. Composed of a dacquoise filled with lime curd and a spicy raspberry coulis, bleeding onto the plate.
